A Few More Thoughts

“To the most amazingest mommy. I love you ‘now’ matter what.”

~ That’s the message six and a half year old Virginia wrote in crayon above her coloring of a heart she drew, which now hangs in her mom’s (my coworker’s) office. No doubt she meant to say, “I love you “no matter what,” but, as she explained to me, she was only six at the time. Accident? Well, thanks to Virginia’s misspelling, I was reminded that He loves you and me both “now” and “no matter what.”

~ Singer Will-i-am just the other day broadcast his new song, “Reach for the Stars” from the NASA rover on Mars…back to earth. Child’s-play. God (I Am) broadcast His voice from Heaven back to earth and declared of Jesus, “This is My Son whom I have chosen. Listen to Him.”

~ When my pastor gave an invitation this past week and people came up to accept Christ, it reminded me of this video “60 Seconds Watching The Angels Wait for Our Salvation.”

~ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Luke 15:7

Let’s give them something to party about today.
